How do I find my driver?
“Meet and Greet” service in baggage claim area is an optional service provide for additional $15.00.
When will you charge my credit card?
We do not charge your credit card until our job is done. Your credit card information is taken on our reservation page to reserve the vehicle. You will need to present the same card to the driver for manual imprint. Prepayments can be arranged online or by phone.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel your reservation no less than 12 hours prior to pickup time by e-mail, or 2 hours by phone to avoid being charged.
What are your hourly rates?
Hourly rates for any occasion: $55.00 for Lincoln Town car with 2 Hour Minimum. For full information visit our Rates page.
What kinds of cars do you drive?
Does your rate include the driver’s gratuity?
No, our rates are a flat company rate and do not include the standard 20% gratuity for the driver. Trips made after 10:30 pm and before 4:00 am are subject to a $10.00 surcharge.
Are your rates per person or per car?
Unlike airport shuttle services, our rates are per car. The rate does not change based on the number of passengers.
